DESCRIPTION:CVCWA’s Annual Conference will be held on Wednesday\, September 16\, 2026\, from 9:00am to 3:00pm at Sacramento Area Sewer District in Sacramento. Lunch will be provided. Annual Members’ Meeting will be held after the lunch break. \nThis year’s conference theme is “From Science to Solutions: Advancing Clean Water Together.” Our speakers will focus on relevant regional and statewide issues.  You can download the postcard here. \nKey Conference Topics \n\nPolicy & Regulatory Horizons\nNutrients\, HABs\, and Watershed Solutions\nPFAS Detection\, Treatment\, and Destruction\nOperational Challenges\, and Technology Responses\n\nTopics and presenters may change depending on scheduling and availability. \nREGISTRATION\nRegistration (from August 20th through September 8th) \n\nCVCWA Members: $220\nNon-Members: $270\nRegulators: $65\n\nLate Registration/Onsite (from September 9th through September 16th) \n\nCVCWA Members: $245\nNon-Members: $295\nRegulators: $75\n\n  \nCANCELLATION POLICY\nThe registration deadline for CVCWA’s 2026 conference is September 16\, 2026. Refunds\, less a $35.00 cancellation fee\, will be given for cancellations received in writing to admin@cvcwa.org prior to September 9\, 2026. After this date\, you may send an alternate from your agency to the event without additional charge\, although we request 48-hour advance notice\, if possible.
