On Wednesday, August 5th from 1:00-3:00 p.m. CVCWA will be holding a workshop to discuss the potential impacts of the State Water Board’s proposed Toxicity Policy to Central Valley POTWs.  In early July,  the SWB released the Second Revised Draft Water Quality Control Plan for Inland Surface Waters, Enclosed Bays, and Estuaries of California; and Toxicity Provisions and the Second Revised Draft Staff Report, Including Substitute Environmental Documentation, for the Proposed Establishment of the Water Quality Control Plan for Inland Surface Waters, Enclosed Bays, and Estuaries of California; and Toxicity Provisions.  The proposed toxicity policy has been in development for over a decade.  Because of its impacts to our member agencies, CVCWA has been engaged in commenting on this policy.  Click here to register.
